Holistic Family Mediation is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask
you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then

Holistic Family Mediation may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You
should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This

Feedback, Concerns & Complaints
Information for you
If you have any concerns about the service you have received from us as your mediation provider, there are a few steps you can take.
Our aim is to provide an excellent, high level of service. We welcome any feedback that will help us improve our service as well as positive feedback that can be used to promote our services (with full anonymity, if required).
Please email us and we will respond within 7 days support@holisticfamilymediation.co.uk. Please communicate with us in the first instance about any concerns or complaints so that we can address and rectify any inadvertent omissions immediately to your satisfaction. We will consult with our Professional Practice Consultant regarding any complaints.
Please note that it will be necessary to secure your ex-partner’s consent to disclosure of any information on your file to third parties for the purposes of investigating any formal complaint.
We hope to resolve your concerns and any complaint internally. If not, you may make a formal complaint to Family Mediation Standards Board/Family Mediation Council who will deal with any complaint by reference to the Family Mediation Council Code of Practice by which, we are duty-bound to comply with.
